01Story

Between the Sialkot workshops and your gym.

Sialkot has been the centre of Pakistan’s sporting goods industry for generations. The leather cutters, stitchers and foam moulders there have supplied the world’s well-known brands for decades.

TM Sports sits between those workshops and your gym. We source the leather and foam, run production and quality control, and handle export paperwork, so you deal with one team in Sialkot instead of five factories.

You get one point of contact from first sample to final shipment.

How we check every batch

Quality is a sequence of small checks, not a stamp at the end.

  1. Material check

    Hides and foam are inspected on arrival: thickness, grain and foam density against the spec.

  2. Cutting and stitching

    Pieces are cut to pattern and stitched in the Sialkot workshops, with extra passes at the thumb, cuff and strap anchors.

  3. Inline checks

    Seams, closures and glove weight (oz) are verified at set stages during production, not only at the end.

  4. Final inspection

    Each batch is checked against the approved sample before it is packed.

  5. Export packing

    Cartons are labelled, counted and documented so customs and your warehouse can work from the packing list.
